Last March 23rd, my officemates and I went to Sol Y Mar Beach Resort for our team building. Team building refers to a wide range of activities designed for improving team performance. It is a way to help strengthen and unite our team as one. As a celebration for our last day of classroom training, we decided to relax and have fun at the beach.
